Frans Minnaar is passionate about helping companies achieve their potential. He is skilled in strategic and financial planning and analysis, IFRS public company financial reporting, and debt and equity structures. He has over 23 years of finance and accounting experience, including 8 years as an assurance and accounting advisory partner at PwC.

Frans collaborates closely with clients to identify and track critical metrics that inform strategic decisions and policies aimed at compliance or improving profitability. He has expertise with IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE, and advised many companies on technical accounting matters and public transactions including IPO's and other equity or debt financings. Previously, he has worked across the globe with PwC, with a client base from start-ups to listed multi-nationals. 

Frans is hands on and has a proactive approach to communication and encourages a collaborative approach with clients. He enjoys developing and coaching both internal staff and external staff. He works with clients in person or fully remote depending on the client’s needs or location.
